Bio I am a Counsellor, Hypnotherapist (RTT), owner of the Irene Evangelou Therapy Online Private Practice, host of the Peace with Anxiety Podcast and a baby boy Mum.

I help women who struggle with high-functioning anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing and perfectionism to live their lives feeling calm, with a grounded nervous system and unshakeable confidence!

1. We’ll start with your Initial Intake Call: a relaxed 40-minute chat where I get to know your story, what’s been holding you back, and what you’d love to see change. This is also where we set clear, achievable goals for your success.
2. Complete a few short forms before moving forward.
3. Within 2–3 days, you’ll book your RTT Hypnotherapy Session: a deep, transformative session (often a little over 1.5 hours) where we uncover the root cause of what’s been keeping you stuck and create powerful shifts.
4. Afterwards, you’ll receive your own Personalised Transformation Audio Track, crafted just for you, to gently rewire old patterns and strengthen new, empowering beliefs. This is yours to keep, and listening regularly helps lock in your transformation for the long term.

I’ll guide you through every step so you feel comfortable, supported, and confident about the process.
